The guests included 4 returning visitors and 3 new ones, after half an hour they were all chatting away like old friends. The projects everyone brought along varied wildly, ranging from gorgeous snoods, shawls and scarves to sweaters, blankets and chicken jackets!
We started the week with a day at home relaxing, then the next day a visit to Saintes for shopping and sightseeing.
First stop l'Oasis for yarn and fabric.
Then a wander through the town to the Bergere de France shop
and of course the compulsory visit to Maison du Monde
On Wednesday morning we went to the market in St Jean d'Angely
then back home for an afternoon in the sunshine. On the last afternoon we went to Cognac
Then back home for a show and tell of all the projects
