After lunch Carol starts the workshop off giving everyone a stitch dictionary for different swatches in knit and crochet
She has brought along some gorgeous samples to inspire everyone and a selection of cotton yarns in subtle, neutral shades.

Day 2 is cool, wet and windy. But in spite of that half of them are in the pool before breakfast for a quick dip - much to the amusement or perhaps amazement of our neighbour Jean-Claude.
After breakfast everyone is eager to start on their various squares and decide on a finished project.
